By creating an account, integrating our APIs, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

We provide geospatial tools and APIs (“Services”) including but not limited to:

• Search & Discovery : Autocomplete, Geocoding, Reverse Geocoding, Text Search, Places Nearby, Place Details.
• Maps & Navigation: Vector/Static Tiles, 3D Maps, Directions, Snap-to-Road, Distance Matrix, Route Optimization.
• Location Intelligence : Geofencing (CRUD, List, Status), Fleet Planner, Analytics (heatmaps, bubble maps).
• Visualization: Street View, Satellite View, Place Photos.
• Utilities: Address Validation, Speed Limits, Nearest Road, Custom POI updates.

We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at our discretion.

• You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• If you are using our Services for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind the company.

• You must register to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any activity under your account will be considered authorized by you.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use our APIs and Services, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or sublicense our APIs
• Exceed usage quotas or abuse free-tier limits.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or extract source code from our platform.

• Services are billed according to your chosen subscription or usage plan.
• All payments are due as per the plan and are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid invoices.

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of map data.
• You are responsible for how you use our data in your applications.
• Personal information is handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

You may not use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Build competing geospatial databases without written consent.
• Interfere with system integrity, security, or availability.
• Display or store restricted or sensitive government geodata where prohibited.

• All rights in the platform, APIs, data, software, and maps remain with MapUI.
• You retain ownership of any data you input or upload.
• By submitting feedback, you grant us a right to use it to improve our Services.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
• Our liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
• Your license immediately ends.
• We may delete your account and associated data as per policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
